All our printed books are printed either in the country of your domicile, or in the nearest country to you. Shipping costs where applicable are clearly stated in the checkout area of your purchase. 

Shipping can take up to 7 work days and helps keep costs down to the customer. You will be notified when your item has been shipped, but please check your spam folders for lost notifications.
